I couldn’t be happier with the job Caliber did on my Mazda! The staff is friendly, genuine and so professional. They had my car ready before the expected date and they kept me informed the whole time they had my car. Thank you guys for the awesome job!!! If your looking for a shop to get your car fixed at this is the place to go!

I brought my mustang in under insurance for some body damage, caused by a stray broom on 75. They gave me a solid estimate and communicated with me throughout the repair process. Results were good, timelines were met, can’t say they could’ve exceeded expectations more

Tyler at Caliber Collision was absolutely great to work with. He was very informative throughout the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything being done. Customer service like his really makes a difference, especially when dealing with the stress of car repairs. He was professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. I truly appreciated his transparency and attention to detail. If you’re looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable at Caliber Collision, I highly recommend asking for Tyler. He made the whole experience much smoother than I expected!

While I did take the time to talk about my issues for this review, I wasn't quite expecting any further interaction. But, they handled both issues in a very timely manner with smiles on their faces. Customer service is EXTREMELY important and they were amazing and I appreciate them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Everyone was very nice and for the most part, knowledgeable. When I first picked up my car, upon leaving, I noticed my USB cord I use to plug my phone into my car for Android Auto, was missing. No biggie, told the chick there, she said she'd ask everyone in the morning, get back to me, and it necessary, she'd just buy me a new one. Cool, cuz the amount of time I've put into Android Auto functionality is insane and I'd appreciate that. I'm sure it got unplugged and put to the side. Well did she call you? Cuz she never c
